 Stuffed vegetarian burger


ingredients:

250 g mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
50 g spring onions
400 g chickpeas
1 beet
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 organic lemon (juice and zest)
85 g wholemeal breadcrumbs
A little brie or other cheese, to taste
Oil as needed

introduction:
A new kind of burger: delicious vegetarian burger with mushrooms, chickpeas, beets, with a cheese center.

How to do

  1. Roughly chop the mushrooms; peel and crush the garlic. Clean the spring onions, rinse the chickpeas and squeeze the lemon. Cut the brie into 2 cm cubes.
  2. Line the baking tray with parchment paper, and install the fine grid on the chopper.
  3. Place the mushrooms, garlic, spring onions, chickpeas and beetroot in the chopper, and set the appliance to level 4. Press gently with the pusher.
  4. Place the curry powder, lemon zest and juice and wholemeal breadcrumbs in the bowl and mix well. Form several equal sized balls with the dough. Place the cheese in the center of each ball and form buns.
  5. Put a little oil in a large frying pan and heat it over medium to high heat. As soon as the pan is hot enough, add the buns and cook them on each side. The burger can now be assembled.
