Nacho Cheese Sauce

Ingredients


  • 2.5 ml (12 teaspoons) cornstarch
  • 125 ml (12 cups) milk
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) butter
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) all-purpose unbleached flour
  • 2.5 ml (12 teaspoons) chili seasoning
  • 100g (1 cup) grated hot orange cheddar cheese

    1. Dissolve corn  in a bowl in milk.
    2. Remove small pieces medium heat over. Flour, again. Boil for 1 min. Milk mixture while waiting. Boil the over medium  additive heat, always adding. Add cheese and add melted. Adjust the spices.
    3. This recipe can be easily repeated. It can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Boil before serving.
