The star here is nothing more than double fried chicken (one made with cornstarch and spices, the other with flour and matcha – our range of beers!). we have transfers

Slice between hamburger buns (hot or cold) topped with our homemade ranch dressing. Whether we have food in the backyard or at a nearby park, we pick them up at the last minute to warm them up.

INGREDIENTS

Sauce

60 ml (1/4 cup) heavy cream
60 ml (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
25 g (3 tablespoons) celery, chopped
15 ml (1 tablespoon) chopped dill
10 ml (2 tsp) dill pickle juice
1 green onion, chopped
5 ml (1 tsp) chili paste (such as Frank's RedHot), or more to taste

Hamburger

4 hamburger buns
4 pieces fried chicken (see recipe)
Pickled dill slices as desired
Shave lettuce as desired

PREPARATION

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. pepper salt. For reservations.

Hamburger

  • Toast the cake. Smear the inside of the bread with the sauce. Spread the fried chicken on it. Pickled with slices and salad. Close the hamburger.
