Chanterelle and Garlic Cream Pie

INGREDIENTS
- 250 g chanterelles
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped, mashed)
- butter
- 230 g shortbread pastry
- 5 tbsp (tbsp) cream cream
- 1 egg yolk,
- 1 pinch of ground nutmeg,
- 6 tablespoons chopped parsley,
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION
- Shantyril cleansing.
- Heat butter in a frying pan and sauté garlic with 1 garlic clove for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
- Preheat over 180°C (6).
- Cut 6 pieces of puff pastry. Put in the mold and shake it with a fork.
- Put the cream in a bowl with the egg yolks, nutmeg, and other crushed garlic. Add salt and pepper.
- Spread the filling over the bottom of the cake and bake for 10 minutes. Spread the chanterelles on top and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle parsley on the tart. Hot serve.
