Chanterelle and Garlic Cream Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g chanterelles
  •  2 garlic cloves (chopped, mashed)
  •  butter
  •  230 g shortbread pastry
  •  5 tbsp (tbsp) cream cream
  • 1 egg yolk, 
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg, 
  • 6 tablespoons chopped parsley, 
  • salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  • Shantyril cleansing.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan and sauté garlic with 1 garlic clove for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
  • Preheat over 180°C (6).
  • Cut 6 pieces of puff pastry. Put in the mold and shake it with a fork.
  • Put the cream in a bowl with the egg yolks, nutmeg, and other crushed garlic. Add salt and pepper.
  • Spread the filling over the bottom of the cake and bake for 10 minutes. Spread the chanterelles on top and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle parsley on the tart. Hot serve.
